This past week Bernardo Concrete was asked to do some concrete removal work on a driveway approach and remodel the entire garage foundation for some residents in Westminster, CA. Westminster is surrounded by the following cities; Cypress, Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, and Long Beach. The residential owners requested a new driveway approach and an entire garage foundation because after all the damage vehicles had done to the driveway it was time it be replaced. The Concrete Removal Process

When we first arrived we unloaded all of the tools and bobcats needed in order to do the job. Once everything was unloaded we started to mark off and saw-cut the edges of the driveway. The next step in this concrete removal process was to break down the existing concrete with our bobcats. After that was done we hauled away concrete pieces to the nearest dump. In order to form the new driveway approach we had to smooth out the dirt and make sure it was even. We then poured the new concrete for the foundation of the garage and formed the driveway approach.
