The Concrete Removal Process

Bernardo Concrete was asked to remove some concrete sidewalk in two areas. Even though the concrete removal had to be done in two separate locations we still managed to get the job done right and efficiently. The first thing we did when we arrived at the job site was unload all the equipment. Then we attached the proper tools to each bobcat to be able to get the job done right. We always make sure we mark off the entire area for the safety of others. The first part of the concrete removal process for both areas was to break the concrete. Next we loaded all the concrete pieces into a dump truck and then hauled it away to the nearest dump. We arrived at the job site and began to unload all of the equipment. Once everything was unloaded we began to mark off the area keeping in mind the safety of others. The first thing we had to do was saw cut out the area in order to make a clean edge for the placement of the handicap ramps. Next we picked up and hauled away all the pieces of broken concrete with our unique bobcats and dump trucks. Once the area was completely cleared we started to pour and form the handicap ramp. This past week Bernardo Concrete Inc. was hired by Walmart to do some concrete removal work located in Carson, Ca. Walmart is one of Los Angeles Counties largest low priced department stores with locations also in surrounding cities such as Gardena, Lakewood, Long Beach and Torrance as well as other surrounding cities in Los Angeles. What a Little Concrete Removal Work Requires

We arrived at the job site with all the proper equipment needed to get the project done. The first step in the concrete removal process is to measure and mark off the desired area to be removed in order to determine what we are going to saw cut. Next we unload the bobcats and put on the proper concrete removal attachments.  With the two bobcats, one specifically punctures the concrete while the other one gathers the concrete pieces into the bucket. The second bobcat then inputs the concrete pieces from the bucket into the dump truck. This process repeats several times until all the concrete pieces are completely removed from the area. Finally, the concrete that was removed can be hauled away to local dumps in the area.
