Driveway Approach Makeover for Residents in Orange County

This past week Bernardo Concrete was asked to do some concrete removal work on a driveway approach and remodel the entire garage foundation for some residents in Westminster, CA. Westminster is surrounded by the following cities; Cypress, Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, and Long Beach. The residential owners requested a new driveway approach and an entire garage foundation because after all the damage vehicles had done to the driveway it was time it be replaced. The Concrete Removal Process

When we first arrived we unloaded all of the tools and bobcats needed in order to do the job. Once everything was unloaded we started to mark off and saw-cut the edges of the driveway. The next step in this concrete removal process was to break down the existing concrete with our bobcats. After that was done we hauled away concrete pieces to the nearest dump. In order to form the new driveway approach we had to smooth out the dirt and make sure it was even. We then poured the new concrete for the foundation of the garage and formed the driveway approach.

The Concrete Removal Process

Bernardo Concrete was asked to remove some concrete sidewalk in two areas. Even though the concrete removal had to be done in two separate locations we still managed to get the job done right and efficiently. The first thing we did when we arrived at the job site was unload all the equipment. Then we attached the proper tools to each bobcat to be able to get the job done right. We always make sure we mark off the entire area for the safety of others. The first part of the concrete removal process for both areas was to break the concrete. Next we loaded all the concrete pieces into a dump truck and then hauled it away to the nearest dump. Once all the concrete pieces were removed from the site we made sure the area was cleaned up in order leave our customer satisfied.
